Design for Civil Engineering Land Development projects including:
- Subdivisions for fee simple and strata developments
- Multi family developments for apartments, and care facilities
- Commercial Developments, such as shopping malls, parking facilities, gas stations, industrial developments, and office buildings.
- Road, storm sewer and sanitary design including calculations.
- Municipal roads and utility improvements.
- Construction reviews.
Communication Skills:
Written and verbal communication with consultants, architects, clients, municipal and government employees.
Liaison with hydro, telephone, cable and gas companies.
Familiar with rezoning, subdivision applications, applications for approval and final documentation.
Required Skills:
Familiar with Construction methods and standards in British Columbia.
Familiar with MMCD design standards.
Must be APEGBC Registered as P. Eng.
