David M. B. Drummond, B.Sc., P. Eng

David Drummond is a Senior Civil Engineer with over 24 years experience on municipal projects.  His diverse background includes project management, design and construction supervision of sanitary, storm and water utilities, as well as road design.

Mr. Drummond has been involved in the environmental assessment, design tendering and construction of water and sewage treatment plants, associated infrastructure and marine works.  He has been responsible for liaison with Federal, Provincial and Municipal Government departments in the reporting for such projects.  He has also performed inflow and infiltration studies, underground utility rehabilitation assessments, and design of culverts.  Mr. Drummond has worked for contractors, municipalities & consultants, and has a comprehensive understanding of the engineering industry.
